Antoine spent a large percentage of his adult life working for non-profits doing community-based organizing. He is a neighborhood leader, and his passion consists of advocating for high school drop-outs and returning citizens. His passion and leadership led him to create a community-based organization called MOVA - Men of Valuable Action.

the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Enterprise Foundation, New York Research Development Corporation, Community Building in Partnership, Housing Authority of Baltimore City. He presently sits on several community-based Boards and was a grant
